In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Shortcut pricing lists Free (up to 10 users), Team $8.50/user/month yearly ($10 monthly), and Business $12/$16, plus Enterprise custom. Organization Owners manage/cancel via Settings → Billing / Manage Organization (Billing and Plans).
Archiving a Story does not cancel seats.

How to cancel Shortcut
Owner billing
- Sign in as an Organization Owner.
- Open Settings → Billing (and Manage Organization if disabling).
- Cancel the paid plan / disable the organization per Help.
- Export Stories you need; no prorated refund Confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Paid plan is canceled / org disabled.
- No new Shortcut charge posts after that.

- Only archived Stories. Seats renew.
- Non-owner tried. Need Organization Owner.
- Expected prorated refund. Usually none.
