ClickUp price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), ClickUp's pricing page lists Unlimited at $7/user/month billed yearly or $10 monthly, and Business at $12/user/month yearly or $19 monthly. Free Forever remains available with limits. Owners/admins manage Billing in Workspace Settings to downgrade or cancel (ClickUp Terms §1.12 require 30 days' notice before annual renewal).
New purchases may have a 30-day satisfaction refund window (exclusions apply). Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Annual plans auto-renew for another 12 months unless you cancel or downgrade at least 30 days before renewal.

How to cancel ClickUp
As Workspace owner/admin
- Sign in as an owner or admin.
- Open Workspace avatar → Settings → Billing.
- Downgrade toward Free Forever or cancel the paid plan / turn off auto-renewal.
- For annual plans, finish at least 30 days before renewal.
- Cancel Brain AI or other add-ons in the Add-ons tab if needed.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows the paid plan not renewing / moving to Free Forever after the end date.
- No new ClickUp charge posts after that date.

Common problems
- Member tried to cancel without admin rights. Owner/admin must change Billing.
- Cancelled annual less than 30 days before renewal. Plan can auto-renew another year.
- Only cancelled Brain AI. Base Unlimited/Business can still renew.
- Expected every purchase to refund. 30-day guarantee has exclusions (renewals, sales-assisted, etc.).
