In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Todoist's plans FAQ lists Pro at $7/month or $60/year and Business at $10/user/month or $96/user/year ($8/user/month billed yearly). Pro includes a 7-day free trial; Business a 14-day trial. Cancel in Avatar → Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan, or in Apple/Google Subscriptions if the store bills you (Todoist Help: cancel).

You keep Pro features until the paid period ends, then the account returns to Beginner (free). Uninstalling apps does not cancel. Annual Pro refunds are typically available within 30 days of purchase or renewal via the subscription page.

Prices rose on December 10, 2025. Check Subscription settings for your renewal amount - legacy rates may still apply until the next cycle.

How to confirm it worked

You're done when:

  • Subscription shows Pro cancelling / returning to Beginner after the end date.
  • No new Todoist charge posts after that date.

Common problems

  • Only deleted mobile apps. Billing continues.

  • Missed the 7-day Pro trial. First charge posts after the trial.
  • Expected a mid-cycle refund on monthly. Monthly plans are generally not refundable; annual Pro has a 30-day window.
