Common problems

  • Only deleted mobile apps. Billing continues.

  • Cancelled on the website when Apple billed you. Use Apple Subscriptions.

What we checked

Verified on official Evernote Help (October 18, 2026): Starter/Advanced USD monthly and yearly prices on FAQ.

Not verified - left out: inventing a return path to Personal/Professional pricing.

Starter vs Advanced

Advanced removes most note/notebook/device caps. Starter is for lighter use - check limits before downgrading.

Refunds after Advanced migration

FAQ: request via Contact Form under Accounts and Subscriptions → refund if you meet refund policy terms.
