How to cancel Asana
As billing admin
- Sign in to Asana as a billing admin.
- Open your profile photo → Admin Console → Billing.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
- Note the end of the subscription period - paid features continue until then.
- Export anything that depends on paid views (Timeline, dashboards, custom fields) before access drops.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows the paid plan ending / not renewing.
- No new Asana charge posts after that date.
