n8n Cloud price (October 2026) and how to cancel
Applies to: n8n Cloud Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans in the US bought on n8n.io (self-hosted is separate).

In the US (as of 2026-10-18), n8n pricing lists Cloud Starter about $20/month billed yearly ($24 monthly) with about 2,500 executions, and Pro about $50/$60 with about 10,000 executions. Self-hosted Community is free. Cancel in Cloud workspace → Settings → Billing (n8n Docs).
Deactivating workflows does not cancel Cloud.
Workspace owner required. Self-hosted instances have no n8n Cloud bill.

How to cancel n8n Cloud
In Cloud billing
- Sign in to n8n Cloud as the workspace owner.
- Open Settings → Usage and plan / Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export workflows if you plan to self-host instead.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Cloud plan shows canceled / ending.
- No new n8n Cloud charge posts after that.

- Only deactivated workflows. Cloud plan renews.
- Confused Cloud with self-hosted. Different billing.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted one workflow. Billing continues.
