How to cancel ActiveCampaign
In Billing settings
- Sign in at activecampaign.com as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export contacts and automations first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows ending / Free after the period.
- No new ActiveCampaign charge posts after that.
