In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Zapier pricing lists Professional from $19.99/month billed yearly ($29.99 monthly) starting at 750 tasks, and Team from $69/month yearly ($103.50 monthly) starting at 2,000 tasks. Free includes 100 tasks/month. Cancel in Settings → Billing & usage (Zapier Help).
Task tiers scale with a slider. Turning Zaps off does not cancel the plan.
Account owner / billing admin required. Confirm task tier on your invoice.

How to cancel Zapier
In Billing & usage
- Sign in at zapier.com as the owner.
- Open Settings → Billing & usage.
- Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Turn off pay-per-task if you do not want overages while winding down.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Zapier charge posts after that.

- Only paused Zaps. Paid plan renews.
- Left pay-per-task on. Overage fees possible.
