In the US (as of 2026-10-18), LiveChat pricing lists Essential at $19/agent/month billed annually (about $25 monthly) and Growth at $79/$99. AI resolutions beyond included packs can add fees. Cancel in Settings → Subscription (LiveChat Help).
Export chat archives before seats lapse. Uninstalling the widget does not cancel.
Account owner / billing admin required.

How to cancel LiveChat
In Subscription settings
- Sign in at my.livechatinc.com as an owner.
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export chat history first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending after the period.
- No new LiveChat agent charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deactivated one agent. Company plan continues.
- Left AI packs on. Extra fees possible.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need billing role.
- Only deleted the chat widget. Billing continues.
