How to cancel Intercom
In Intercom Billing
- Sign in at app.intercom.com.
- Open Settings → Subscription / Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription / downgrade and confirm.
- Turn off Fin if you also want usage to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows ending / Free after the term.
- No new Intercom seat or Fin invoice posts after that.
