Gorgias price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Gorgias pricing lists Basic about $50/month billed annually (about $60 monthly) with ticket caps, Pro about $300/$360, and Advanced about $750/$900. Ticket overages and AI Agent interactions can add fees. Cancel in Settings → Billing (Gorgias Help).
Export tickets before you lose access. Uninstalling the Shopify app alone may not cancel billing.

How to cancel Gorgias
In Billing settings
- Sign in to Gorgias as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Export ticket data; disconnect Shopify if desired.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows ending after the period.
- No new Gorgias charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only uninstalled the Shopify app. Plan can still renew.
- Left AI Agent on. Extra interaction fees possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
