Front price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Front pricing lists Starter at $25/seat/month billed annually (about $35 monthly), Professional at $65/$85, and Enterprise about $105 (annual). Copilot and Autopilot can add fees. Cancel as an admin in company settings → Billing (Front Help: plans).
Export inboxes before seats lapse. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.

How to cancel Front
In Billing settings
- Sign in at app.frontapp.com as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription / downgrade and confirm.
- Export conversation data first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows ending after the period.
- No new Front seat charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deactivated one teammate. Company plan continues.
- Left Copilot/Autopilot on. Extra fees possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
