In the US (as of 2026-10-18), DocuSign eSignature pricing lists Personal $11/month (Annual | Billed monthly), Standard $30/user/month, and Business Pro $45/user/month on that annual-billed-monthly framing. Envelope allowances apply (Personal 5/mo; Standard/Business Pro 100/user/year on annual). Cancel in Admin → Plans and Billing (DocuSign Support).
Export completed envelopes before seats lapse. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Account admin required. Annual plans may not prorate — Confirm terms.

How to cancel DocuSign

- Sign in at docusign.com as an admin.
- Open Admin → Plans and Billing (or Account → Subscription).
- Choose Cancel plan / downgrade and confirm.
- Download completed agreements first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows ending after the period.
- No new DocuSign subscription charge posts after that.
