In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Yesware pricing lists Pro $15/seat/month yearly ($19 monthly), Premium $35/$45, and Enterprise $65/$85, plus Free Forever. Cancel Renewal at app.yesware.com/account/plan (Yesware docs).
Turning off tracking does not cancel seats.

How to cancel Yesware
Cancel Renewal
- Sign in at app.yesware.com.
- Open Account → Plan (or /account/plan).
- Scroll to Cancel Renewal and confirm.
- You keep paid features until the period ends, then Free.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Renewal is canceled / plan shows ending.
- No new Yesware charge posts after that.

- Only disabled tracking. Seats renew.
- Non-admin on team plan. Need billing owner.
- Expected refund. Usually none.
