In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Mailshake pricing lists Starter $29/user/month ($25 yearly), Email Outreach $49/$45, and Sales Engagement $99/$85, plus Agency custom. Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan (Mailshake Help).
Pausing a campaign does not cancel seats. Campaigns are often deleted ~30 days after cancel.

- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel Plan and submit.
- Export campaigns before the ~30-day delete window.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceling through the paid end date.
- No new Mailshake charge posts after that.
