In the US (as of 2026-10-18), RescueTime pricing lists Solo Focus about $7/month yearly ($9 monthly) and Solo+ about $12/$15, with team plans from about $10/user/month yearly (Confirm live). Cancel in Account Settings → Billing (Cancel Help).
Uninstalling the tracker does not cancel Premium.
Account owner required. First-time purchases may have a refund window — Confirm.

How to cancel RescueTime
Billing
- Sign in on rescuetime.com.
- Open Account Settings → Billing.
- Cancel the paid plan and confirm.
- You keep Premium until the period ends, then Lite.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceling / Lite after the end date.
- No new RescueTime charge posts after that.
