Harvest price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Harvest pricing lists Teams at $9/seat/month billed annually (about $11 monthly) and Enterprise at $14/$17.50. Flex usage fees for projects/clients/invoices can add to the seat rate. Cancel in Settings → Billing (Harvest Help).
Export timesheets before seats lapse. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Account admin required. Seat reductions often apply at next renewal.

How to cancel Harvest
In Billing settings
- Sign in at id.getharvest.com as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export time and invoice data first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Harvest seat charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deactivated one user. Seats renew until reduced at renewal.
- Ignored Flex usage. Extra project/invoice fees possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
