In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Clockify pricing / Help lists Basic about $3.99/seat/month billed annually (about $4.99 monthly), Standard about $5.49/$6.99, Pro about $7.99/$9.99, and Enterprise about $11.99/$14.99. Free keeps unlimited users with limited features. Cancel in Workspace settings → Subscription (Clockify Help).
Deactivating users frees seats. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.

How to cancel Clockify
In Subscription settings
- Sign in at clockify.me as a workspace admin.
- Open Workspace settings → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export timesheets first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Clockify seat charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deactivated one user. Paid seats can remain until canceled.
- Left kiosk seats on. Extra fees possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the mobile app. Billing continues.
