In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Postmark pricing lists Basic at $15/month, Pro at $16.50/month, and Platform at $18/month starting at 10,000 emails/month, with overages per 1k. Free allows 100 emails/month. Cancel in Account → Plans & Billing (Postmark Support).
Unused emails do not roll over. Uninstalling SDKs does not cancel.
Account admin required.

How to cancel Postmark
In Plans & Billing
- Sign in at account.postmarkapp.com.
- Open Plans & Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Rotate API tokens if closing the account.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Postmark charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only rotated one server token. Plan renews.
- Left DMARC/IP add-ons on. Extra fees possible.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
- Only deleted the SDK. Billing continues.
