Student .edu discounts exist on Pro - Confirm. Cancel in Otter → Account Settings → Plan / Billing → Cancel plan (Otter Help Center).
Paid minutes continue through the period. iOS/Android IAP must be canceled in the store. Uninstalling does not cancel.
Workspace admins cancel Business seats - individuals cancel their own Pro.

How to cancel Otter.ai

- Sign in at otter.ai.
- Open Account Settings → Plans & Billing.
- Choose Cancel plan / turn off renewal and confirm.
- If Apple/Google billed you, cancel there instead.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Basic after the period / auto-renew off.
- No new Otter charge posts after that.
