Loom price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Loom's pricing page lists Business at $18/Creator/month (about $15/Creator/month billed annually) and Business + AI at $24/Creator/month (about $20 annually). Starter is free with limits. Cancel as a workspace/Atlassian admin via Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription (legacy) or Atlassian Admin → Billing → Deactivate (Atlassian Support: cancel Loom).
Cancel takes effect at the next renewal; Loom does not issue prorated refunds. Uninstalling the Loom app does not cancel.
Only workspace / Atlassian billing admins can cancel. Viewers are free; only Creator seats bill.

How to cancel Loom
Legacy Loom billing
- Sign in as a workspace admin.
- Open Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Choose Manage Subscription → Downgrade to Starter and complete cancellation.
Atlassian billing
- Open Atlassian Admin → Billing → Subscriptions.
- Select Loom → Deactivate / Cancel subscription and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan & Billing or Atlassian Admin shows Loom ending / moving to Starter after renewal.
- No new Loom Creator charge posts after that date.

Common problems
- Member tried to cancel without admin rights. Admin must cancel.
- Only uninstalled Loom. Billing continues.
- Expected a mid-cycle refund. Cancellation is at next renewal; no prorated refund.
