In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Nutshell pricing lists annual Foundation $13, Growth $25, Pro $42, Business $59, and Enterprise $79 per user/month (monthly higher). Cancel via Settings → Administration → Billing → Close your account (Nutshell Help).
Disabling users does not cancel the account.
Billing admin required. Export data before closing.

How to cancel Nutshell
Close your account
- Sign in as a billing admin.
- Export via Settings → Data → Export.
- Open Settings → Administration → Billing.
- Click Close your account, submit the form, and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Cancellation is confirmed through the paid end date.
- No new Nutshell charge posts after that.
