In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Insightly CRM pricing lists annual Plus $29, Professional $49, and Enterprise $99 per user/month (monthly higher). Admins cancel via Profile → Billing & Account → Cancel Account (Insightly Help); many accounts submit a cancellation request rather than instant delete.
Disabling a user does not cancel the subscription.
Admin required. Export records first — delete can be permanent.

How to cancel Insightly
Admin cancel
- Sign in as an admin.
- Export Companies/Contacts/Opportunities first.
- Open Profile → Billing & Account → Cancel Account.
- Request cancellation (or immediate delete if offered) and confirm with Insightly.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Insightly confirms cancel / account deleted.
- No new Insightly charge posts after the paid end.
