In the US (as of 2026-10-18), mmhmm rebranded to Airtime. Airtime pricing commonly lists about $12/month or $10/month yearly per seat (Team same per-seat class; Enterprise quoted — Confirm live). Cancel in Account Settings → Subscription (Airtime Help).
Deleting a recording does not cancel the plan.
Use your mmhmm/Airtime login. Team Owner cancels for Teams.

How to cancel mmhmm / Airtime
Airtime Account
- Sign in at Airtime (former mmhmm account).
- Open Account → Subscription.
- Cancel renewal and confirm.
- Export videos you need.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap mmhmm / Airtime.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select mmhmm / Airtime.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled where you were billed.
- No new Airtime/mmhmm charge posts after that.

Common problems
- Only deleted a recording. Plan renews.
- Non-owner on Team. Need Owner.
- Canceled web but paid via Apple. IAP continues.
