In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Jotform pricing lists Bronze about $39/month (about $34/mo yearly), Silver about $49/$39, and Gold about $129/$99, with submission caps. Cancel in Account Settings → Billing (Jotform Support).
Export form submissions before seats/limits lapse. Uninstalling apps does not cancel.
Account owner required. Single-user plans are common — Confirm multi-user Enterprise separately.

How to cancel Jotform
In Billing settings
- Sign in at jotform.com.
- Open Account Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Export submissions and form designs first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Jotform charge posts after that.

- Only unpublished one form. Plan renews.
- Hit submission caps mid-cycle. Upgrade prompts possible.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need account access.
