Calendly price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Calendly's pricing page lists Teams at $16/seat/month when billed yearly (monthly Teams higher - Confirm toggle). Standard seat dollars rotate on the pricing UI - common public lists show about $10/seat/mo yearly or $12 monthly - Confirm at checkout. Free remains available. Cancel by changing plan to Free in Settings → Billing (Calendly Help: cancel).
Paid features continue through the current billing period. Apple App Store purchases cancel in Apple Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
Invitees do not need seats - only hosts who connect calendars.

How to cancel Calendly
In Calendly Billing
- Sign in at calendly.com.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Change plan / Upgrade/Downgrade → Free.
- Confirm the downgrade effective date.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Calendly.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows Free / not renewing paid seats.
- No new Calendly seat charge posts after the period ends.
