How to cancel SurveyMonkey
In SurveyMonkey Billing
- Sign in at surveymonkey.com.
- Open Profile → My Account → Billing Details.
- Choose Manage Subscription → Downgrade to Basic.
- Confirm - paid features run to period end.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap SurveyMonkey.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Billing shows Basic after the current cycle / auto-renew off.
- No new SurveyMonkey paid charge posts after that.
