In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Dropbox Sign pricing lists Essentials at $15/month billed annually ($180/year) and Standard at $25/user/month yearly (2-user minimum common), plus Free (limited sends) and Premium custom. Cancel in Dropbox Sign Account → Billing / Plans (Dropbox Sign Help).
Deleting a document does not cancel seats.

- Cancel or downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Download completed agreements first.

You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Dropbox Sign / HelloSign charge posts after that.
