In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Grain pricing includes a Free tier for team meeting views/AI notes trials, with paid Business / higher plans sold per seat (commonly framed about $29/user/month yearly or ~$39 monthly — Confirm live cards and Plans Help). Cancel in Grain Settings → Billing (Grain Billing Help).
Leaving a workspace as a member does not cancel the owner’s seats.

How to cancel Grain
Workspace billing
- Sign in as a billing admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel the paid plan or remove paid seats and confirm.
- Export recordings/notes first.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Grain charge posts after that.
