In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Gong pricing is sales-quoted: buyers commonly report Foundations about $1,300–$1,600/user/year plus a platform fee (often mid–four to five figures) and onboarding. Add-ons raise TCO. Cancel / non-renew through your Gong CSM per the order form notice window (Gong Help).
Removing a recorder does not cancel seats.
