In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Dropbox plans lists Plus $9.99/month (2 TB), team Standard $15/user/month, and Advanced $24/user/month (Professional Confirm if shown). Cancel individual: Manage account → Cancel plan; teams via Admin console Billing (Cancel or change a Dropbox subscription).
Deleting files does not cancel Plus.
IAP cancel in Apple/Google. Team admin cancels paid team plans.

Only use the iPhone steps if you subscribed through the App Store (the charge on your statement says APPLE.COM/BILL). Only use the Android steps if you pay through Google Play (the charge says GOOGLE *service name). Downgrade to Basic at end of billing cycle.

How to cancel Dropbox
Individual Plus / Professional
- Click avatar → Manage account.
- Choose Cancel plan.
- Confirm; keep Plus features until cycle end.
Team admin
- Open Admin console → Billing.
- Cancel the team subscription per Help.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Dropbox.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Dropbox.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled ending this cycle / Basic after.
- No new Dropbox charge posts.

Common problems
- Only emptied Dropbox. Plus renews.
- Canceled web but paid via Apple. IAP continues.
- Not team admin. Team plan continues.
