Box price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Box pricing promotes Business Starter from about $5/user/month (annual class; monthly higher — Confirm) and Personal Pro in the ~$10–$14/month class, plus Free Individual and higher Business/Enterprise. Cancel: Account Settings or Admin Console → Cancel Account (How To Cancel Your Box Account / Subscription).
Deleting a folder does not cancel Personal Pro/Business.
Annual plans often cannot mid-term downgrade — cancel ≥3 business days before renew. Admin required for Business.

How to cancel Box
Personal Pro
- Open Account Settings → Account Details.
- Choose Cancel Account / cancel subscription.
- Confirm; use paid storage until term end.
Business admin
- Open Admin Console → Account & Billing.
- Select Cancel Account.
- Confirm as admin.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Cancellation confirmed for end of term.
- No new Box charge posts after that.
