In the US (as of 2026-10-18), new standalone Clearbit buys are not offered — Clearbit points buyers to HubSpot Breeze Intelligence enrichment (Clearbit Help). Legacy Clearbit / HubSpot enrichment lines cancel by turning off auto-renewal in HubSpot Account & Billing → Subscriptions (HubSpot cancel). Mid-term cancel is generally not allowed.
Turning off an enrichment toggle does not cancel seats.

How to cancel Clearbit / enrichment
HubSpot-billed path
- Sign in as a HubSpot billing admin.
- Open Account & Billing → Subscriptions.
- Choose Cancel auto-renewal for the enrichment / related products and confirm.
- Export enriched lists you need before the term ends.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Auto-renew is off and HubSpot confirms the end date.
- No new Clearbit/enrichment charge posts after that.
