In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Apollo.io pricing lists Basic at $49/user/month billed annually ($65 monthly), Professional at $79/$99, and Organization at $119 (annual; seat minimums Confirm). Credits/export limits drive upgrades. Cancel in Apollo Settings → Plans / Billing (Apollo Help).
Removing one seat does not always cancel the whole org plan.

- Sign in as a billing admin.
- Open Settings → Plans / Billing.
- Cancel or downgrade and confirm the end date.
- Export leads/sequences you need.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Apollo charge posts after that.
