In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Chatwoot pricing lists Hacker free (limits), Startups about $19/agent/month, Business about $39, and Enterprise about $99 (annual billing common), with Captain AI credit allotments. Cancel in Chatwoot Cloud → Settings → Billing (Chatwoot Docs).
Self-hosted has no Cloud seat bill. Removing one inbox does not cancel agent seats.

In Cloud billing
- Sign in as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel plan / remove agents and confirm.
- Export conversations; delete unused accounts.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Hacker / canceled.
- No new Chatwoot Cloud charge posts after that.
