How to cancel subscriptions on Android (Google Play)
On Android: open the Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the subscription > Cancel subscription. On a computer: go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and click Cancel (or Manage > Cancel subscription).
If a subscription isn't listed, Google Play doesn't bill it - cancel on the company's own website.

Pause instead of cancel
Many apps let you pause a Google Play subscription for a set time. On the subscription's page, choose Pause payments if it's offered. You'll keep access until the end of the current period, then billing restarts after the pause.
Refunds from Google Play
Within 48 hours of a charge, you can often request a refund directly at play.google.com > Budget & history, or through Google Play's refund request form. After 48 hours, Google usually refers you to the app developer. Refunds aren't guaranteed.
If you have more than one Google Account
Subscriptions are tied to the account that bought them. In the Play Store, tap your profile icon and switch accounts to check each one.
