In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Wistia pricing lists Free, Business about $79/month billed annually, Business + Signals about $329/month yearly, and Enterprise custom (legacy Pro/Advanced names may still appear on old accounts). Cancel in Settings → Cancel (Cancel Account).
Deleting a media does not cancel Business.
Enterprise cancels via Customer Success. Self-serve can cancel immediately or at cycle end — Confirm UI.

- Choose Cancel / Cancel Account.
- Pick immediate vs end-of-cycle if offered.
- Confirm; export videos you need.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Account shows canceled / Free after the chosen end.
- No new Wistia charge posts.
