Hosts cancel in Community Admin → Billing; members cancel in their Skool settings / subscription (Skool Help).
Leaving a community as a member does not cancel your own hosted community plan.

How to cancel Skool
If you host a community
- Open your community as Admin.
- Go to Admin → Billing / Plan.
- Cancel Hobby/Pro and confirm.
- Export member list first.
If you pay as a member
- Open Account / Settings → Subscriptions.
- Cancel the community membership and confirm.
- Or use the community’s leave/cancel flow per Help.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Host plan or member sub shows canceled.
- No new Skool charge posts after that.

- Canceled member sub but host plan still on. Separate fees.
