In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Retool pricing lists Free (up to 5 users), Team about $12/month per builder and $7/month per internal end user, and Business about $65 / $18 respectively (monthly framing). Cancel in Settings → Billing (Retool Docs).
Builders who edit apps cost more than view-only users. Deleting one app does not cancel the org plan.
Organization admin / billing admin required.

How to cancel Retool
In Billing settings
- Sign in as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Remove unused builder seats first if you only want to shrink cost.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Retool charge posts after that.
