Closing the Poe app does not cancel. Access continues through the current billing period.

How to cancel Poe
In Poe Settings
- Open Poe → Settings.
- Choose Manage your subscription.
- Follow Cancel prompts and confirm.
- Keep access until the period ends.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Poe.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Poe.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
