In the US (as of 2026-10-18), PagerDuty pricing lists Professional about $21/user/month billed annually (about $25 monthly). Larger Reliability Platform suites are sales-quoted. Cancel in Account Settings → Billing (PagerDuty Support).
Export incident history before seats lapse. Uninstalling mobile apps does not cancel.

How to cancel PagerDuty
In Billing settings
- Sign in at app.pagerduty.com as an owner.
- Open Account Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Remove unused users first if you only want to shrink cost.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new PagerDuty seat charge posts after that.

- Only deactivated one user. Seat plan continues.
