Omnisend price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Omnisend pricing lists Standard from $16/month (about 500 billable contacts) and Pro from $59/month, with prices rising by contact tier. Free covers about 250 contacts. Cancel in Store settings → Billing / Plan (Omnisend Help).
SMS credits are often separate on current Pro. Deleting automations does not cancel the plan.

How to cancel Omnisend
In Billing settings
- Sign in as the store owner.
- Open Store settings → Billing (or Plan).
- Cancel / downgrade to Free and confirm.
- Cancel SMS credit subscriptions separately if needed.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / ending after the period.
- No new Omnisend charge posts after that.

- Only paused automations. Paid plan renews.
- Left SMS credits on. Extra fees.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
