In the US (as of 2026-10-18), MyFitnessPal's company blog describes Premium at $19.99/month or $79.99/year and Premium+ at $24.99/month or $99.99/year (Membership Pricing) - re-confirm on the live Premium upgrade screen because offers change. To cancel renewal, use the same platform you paid on: website Settings → Subscription Settings → turn Auto-Renewal Off; or Apple/Google Subscriptions (How to cancel your Premium subscription renewal).

MyFitnessPal Help: canceling stops the next charge; Premium features stay until the end of the paid period. If you cancel less than 24 hours before renewal, the membership may still renew.

Premium unlocks food-database and tracking extras. Premium+ is the higher tier on MyFitnessPal's pricing posts. Always cancel on the original payment platform.
