Iterable price (October 2026) and how to cancel
Applies to: Iterable cross-channel marketing plans in the US bought via iterable.com (annual contracts typical).
Go to Iterable cancel / account page →Opens the official site in a new tab. Not affiliated.
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Iterable does not publish a self-serve price menu — fees are quote-based on contracted users/messages (buyer medians often mid–five figures — Confirm). Marketplace listings sometimes show example yearly bundles. Cancel or non-renew through your Iterable CSM / MSA (Iterable Support).
Stopping a journey does not end the platform fee.
Billing admin / CSM required. Confirm notice period.
