In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Groove by Clari has no public list price — it is sold as part of Clari’s revenue platform (Clari). Cancel / non-renew through your Clari CSM per the Order Form (fees generally non-cancelable mid-term; multi-year often committed).
Pausing a Flow does not cancel seats. This page is not for GrooveHQ shared-inbox plans.
Billing admin / Clari CSM required. Export Flows before access ends.

- Find the Order Form renew date and notice address.
- Email your Clari CSM / AE with written non-renewal for Groove.
- Export Flows/people; confirm end date and data window.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Clari confirms Groove end date in writing.
- No new Groove/Clari Groove line posts after that.
