In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Directus pricing lists Core at $0 (seat/collection caps), Team about $499/month annual commitment (~$599 rolling monthly), and Cloud hosting about $99/month as an add-on for Core/Team. Open Innovation Grant may cover software for eligible orgs. Cancel Cloud and software seats in Directus Account / Cloud Console billing (Directus Docs).
Self-hosted Core has no Cloud bill. Deleting a collection does not cancel Team.

- Open Account / Cloud → Billing.
- Cancel Cloud project and/or Team license before renewal.
- Export data; self-host if you still need Directus without Cloud.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Cloud and Team lines show canceled.
- No new Directus charge posts after that.
