In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Close pricing lists Solo about $19/user/month, Essentials about $49, Growth about $109, and Scale about $149 (legacy Startup/Professional names may still appear on old invoices). Cancel in Settings → Billing / Subscription (Close Support).
Removing one user lowers seats but does not cancel the org plan alone.
Account admin / billing owner required.

In Billing settings
- Sign in as an admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade and confirm.
- Export leads/opportunities first; remove unused seats.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Subscription shows canceled / ending.
- No new Close charge posts after that.

- Only removed one user. Org plan renews.
- Left calling add-ons on. Usage fees continue.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
