Appsmith price (October 2026) and how to cancel

In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Appsmith pricing lists Free (small Cloud seat caps), Business at $15/user/month, and Enterprise from about $2,500/month (100-user framing common — Confirm). Cancel in Appsmith Workspace → Settings → Billing (Appsmith Docs).
Self-hosted Community has no Appsmith Cloud bill. Deleting an app does not cancel Business seats.

How to cancel Appsmith
In workspace billing
- Sign in as a workspace admin.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Cancel Business / remove seats and confirm.
- Export apps; delete unused workspaces.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new Appsmith charge posts after that.

- Only deleted one app. Seats renew.
- Left another workspace paid. Separate bills.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
