In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Zoom Workplace pricing lists Pro $16.99/user/mo monthly or $14.16 yearly, and Business $21.99/user/mo monthly or $18.33 yearly (Enterprise custom). Leaving a meeting does not cancel seats. Cancel add-ons before the base plan if required.
Owner/admin/billing role required. Apple/Google IAP cancel in stores. Sales quotes may need AE/Support.

How to cancel Zoom Workplace
Web portal
- Sign in as owner/admin with billing rights.
- Open Plans and billing.
- Cancel add-ons first if prompted.
- Click Cancel Plan and confirm; paid features last through the term.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Zoom.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Zoom.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows pending cancellation / Basic after term.
- Confirmation email received.

Common problems
- Unpaid invoice. Cancel may be blocked until paid.
- Sales-managed account. Contact AE if Cancel greyed out.
