Uninstalling Webroot does not stop auto-renew.

How to cancel Webroot
Opt out of auto-renew
- Open Webroot SecureAnywhere / Essentials → My Account and note your keycode.
- Go to the auto-renewal opt-out page and enter the keycode (no dashes).
- Confirm removal of automatic renewal; save confirmation.
- Protection continues until the paid end date.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Webroot.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Webroot.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Auto-renew is off for your keycode.
- No new Webroot charge posts after the paid end date.
